| 2012 Quarterly MeetingsGeneral meetings of the Friendly Area Neighbors are held at the Washington Park Cottage, 2025 Washington Street, in the months of January, April, and October. The annual summer picnic is held in Washington Park every July. |
| Thursday, January 19th - Winter General Meeting from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. |
| Thursday, April 19th - Spring General Meeting from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. |

| Thursday, October 18th - Fall General Meeting from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.These events are open to the public and residents are encouraged to attend. |
| Monthly MeetingsThe Friendly Area Neighbors (FAN) Executive Board meets the second Monday of every month from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A portion of each meeting is devoted to input from neighborhood residents and the general public. |
